Terms of Service - Voltrac Tractor Preorder

• The deposit is not a binding purchase; it is a pre-order which guarantees your place to receive an offer to purchase a Voltrac tractor, once available. In the event of a purchase, the deposit shall be discounted from the total purchase price.
• The deposit is fully refundable. Both within 14 days, as well as any time up to the final contract, by sending an email to purchases@voltrac.eu. Template available at voltrac.eu/withdrawal.
• The final conditions of the sale will be stipulated in the final offer, which the Purchaser is free to accept or reject.
• The tractor is still a prototype in R&D; changes to the specifications, certifications, and/or delivery timeline, are to be expected and shall not result in any claims against the Company.
• Apart from fraud or gross neglicence, our maximum liability under this preorder is limited to the downpayment paid.
• Spanish law applies; The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be the courts of Valencia.
